Chili made with lots of Superfoods:
2.6 lb 85/15 ground turkey – browned
Add
2 cups frozen peppers n onions (fajita)
1 jar shiitake mushrooms
2 cans garbanzo beans or white kidney beans or black beans
3 cups chicken broth
1 small can tomato paste
2 cans (28 oz total) diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
Salt n pepper
4 teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoon chili powder
Cook above on medium covered 20 minutes
Cook 1 cup Quinoa per directions (15 min)
Add Quinoa and large handful ( 2 cups) chopped Kale to chili. Cook covered 15 more minutes.
This is 50% fat / 30% protein / 20% carbs
