Use this chart as a guide to the number of ‘standard’ drinks you can have and still remain under 0.05. For example, a 60 kg (132 lb) female can have 2 drinks in the first hour, followed by 1 drink in the second hour, then skip an hour, then 1 drink in the 4th hour and 1 last drink in the 5th hour.
50 kg = 110 lbs
60 kg = 132 lbs
70 kg = 154 lbs
80 kg = 176 lbs
90 kg = 198 lbs
100 kg = 220 lbs
Remember: the only way to be certain of your BAC is to have a breath or blood test.
